The old dog still has it!

Today whilst I had a spot of vegetation on the couch my older brother Forrest and Dad (Earthdreamer) went for a run with the competitive edge very much present. The verbal wars and smack talk was in abundance before hand.

In the end it was experience that triumphed over youthfulness as Dad walked it by a solid 1minute 30.
