Magic by the flyover
Although it looks like a magical forest in moonlight, this was a shot I took on my lunchtime stroll at about 1.30 today down in a not very pretty bit of the city, near a rather ugly flyover. But amongst all the greyness andrather unpleasant grafitti of the 'Shazza is a slag' type the sun shone bright through the bare branches of the trees. Et voila - and they aren't bats, just loose leaves.
My favourite song of right now is 'When the Thames Froze' by Smith and Burrows. The lyrics are simple, timely, sad and hopeful all at the same time. Please take a look at the video and have a listen.
