The Time that Land Forgot

We are getting a new bathroom.

Under the floor, where a lazy tiler had heaped several kilogrammes of smashed tiles in a previous life instead of removing them (naughty boy! lots of weight on plasterboard ceiling below), I found THIS.

It winds up, and has a slide switch on the back.

An old boiler timing switch?

I prefer to think it is part of a time machine. I'm away to look for other bits and go back and meet Jesus.
