Day 4 - A Walk in the Woods

Slight change of plan. We had a bit of a thaw last night, and a wet snowfall this morning, so instead of getting the skis, we waited until the afternoon and had a fantastic two-hour walk through the woods to this hut at the Pletznach Alm. In case you're unfamiliar with Austrian 'huttes', they're not for keeping your lawn mower in, they're for eating gulash soup, enormous plates of pasta, dumplings and other high-calorific stuff, and drinking hot chocolate with rum, and gluhwein. We settled for the last two and had the pasta when we got back to the apartment :)
