Balloons

This morning there were hundreds of blue helium balloons tied to bikes around Oxford. Turned out to be one of the colleges advertising their May ball. Strange, because it's months away, most us aren't entitled to go, those who are entitled to go know about it already, and it must have taken quite a bit of money and time.

Fun idea, though.
