Two hearts

Well, I finished my white heart & decorated it with some very basic embroidery stitches. I have to say I am actually quite pleased with my first attempt......simple but effective. It is going to hang in my summerhouse once the weather picks up a bit.

The second heart is a brooch that I also made using some of the material that my mum gave to me when I was home for Christmas. I love the design of the fabric & there is just enough to make a little scarf to go with it but I will need some supervision on the sewing machine when attemting that........super mum to the rescue I think!
