I got a TENS machine today.

After 6 years of Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Chiroprators, Musculo-Skeletal experts, Surgeons etc. and many many types of pain killers and an operation that wasn't an operation (you can see the scar if you go large) my most recent expert sent me off to the pain management clinic.

They gave me a TENS machine which gave me more pain relief in the first ten minutes than anything else I have tried ever did.

I might look odd walking around with it on all the time but hopefully it won't be forever and if it means I don't have to take painkillers all the time anymore (which I haven't felt the need to do since I put this on) then it can only be a good thing.
