Downton Abbey...

...didn't look so smart after Andy called in the air strike.

Had Steven (Instography) and the weans over for lunch and the Brian (Delph Wynd) joined us for a wander over to Plean Country Park for a spot of mole hill bashing, squirrel stalking,dog dodging, tree bashing, mud stomping and geocaching (kids had a laugh as well). Two caches were found (the boys were glad Alex put the whistle he got from the first into the second) and a good long walk should see the kids down early tonight

This is Plean house. The country park is built on the remnants of the pit owners "stately" home , gardens and two bings from the pits. It's well kept by the council and worth a wander. The house itself was abandoned years ago and eventually burnt down by vandals.

Time to get ready to meet the boys again as we travel through to Edinburgh for a few pints with Megan, Stewart and The Doc. Should be a good night.
