Burning Beach

We took advantage of a break in the poor weather today to take the kids and dog out. Our destination was Scotston beach at St Fergus. The oldest 4 and the dog had a great time playing football, whilst Lottie had fun building sandcastles and finding shells.

I took this shot, showing a couple walking along the beach dwarfed by the burn-off towers at the massive St Fergus Gas Terminus, a place so secure it would be easier to get into Fort Knox.
