Huevos Rancheros

Bit of a change this weekend with Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Eggs with a chilli tomato sauce on grillled bread. No tortillas in the cupboard so toast it was.

Pretty fabulous and I can see it being a new standard along with some fresh ground milky coffee.

Want it again!
