Camellia

I had lunch with my friend John who lives in Lickey today. We get together about once a month and always have a meal and then spend time chatting and catching up; a very relaxing pastime.

The weather in that part of Bromsgrove was particularly inclement today, but I ventured into his garden on return to take a few snaps; none of which turned out very well due to poor lighting conditions and rain (it was also misty on the Lickey Hills).

Best of the bad bunch were the two or three of the Camellia bush just coming into bloom, I've been imaginative with the red tone on this sample, thought it may give it an edge.
