Bridge over the River

Today it has been very sunny with blue skies and lovely sunshine, reaching about twenty degrees Celsius.

I have decided that now I will be working again, for the next twenty weeks, I shall have a lunch break and take a walk each day; that is the plan, not sure I will stick to it.

Today we went for a walk on the common along by one of the tributaries of the River Cam. This picture is of one of the many bridges, in Newport and shows the water at a very low level for this time of the year. There is a plaque on the bridge which states when it was built but it was impossible to read the date.
