Smile!

The day was only made bearable by a lovely walk in balmy sunshine at lunchtime - as I could do no work.
I met these two little characters having the following conversation:

'Look she's here again with her camera - Smile.'
'No. I've got my eyes closed, so she can't see me anyway'


Well! What a day!!

I almost moved into P.C. World, Luton - I was there over 4 hours altogether.

I was extremely assertive with the young manager, James, who did not do as he said he would, but he came up trumps in the end.
At 7 p.m. when I left the store I asked what he intended to do when he got home -
He said 'Sit down and cry.'
Whereas I went to the pub - to do the quiz, scoff a huge home-made burger and quaff a large glass of red wine.

The two rejected laptops can remain in the shop, tomorrow I shall unwrap the third one and attempt to set it up myself - at least then I only have myself to blame if things go wrong - again!!
