View from the ninth floor

I had my astronomy tutorial today, which means you get a nice view from the ninth floor - McEwan Hall and the Walter Scott monument. I walked up all nine flights of stairs, counting the floors in English, French and German just for the sake of it. Why take the lift when you can climb?

This evening at the Christian Union we were hearing about the cross. It was challenging, but encouraging, and very informative. Apparently while they were accusing Jesus he had six different trials, in which they broke eighteen different laws - and Jesus didn't break any laws. That's what I call irony!

God sent His Son to die so we may be free.
