Scene of crime

This was nice surprise at lunchtime...

I keep my car and a couple of bicycles in a locked communal garage underneath my block of flats.

Last time I looked, both bikes had two wheels.

It was quite a shock to think that I share my block with people who are prepared to steal from their neighbours. But then I realised it was much more likely that the wheels were stolen by someone outside and taken out through the bars.

(Of course, there is a third option: that I share my block with people who are not only prepared to steal from their neighbours, but are smart enough to make it look like an outside job. Probably not though.)

So, if you live in East Surrey, and someone offers you a pair of slightly grimy bicycle wheels in a pub, perhaps you could leave me a comment?
