Trip to the fabric shop: the results!

So, after spending waaaaaay too much money at Eternal Maker for the material I need to complete my first quilt, I've spent today finishing off the top of the quilt. I had planned to have a white border, but the lovely lady in the shop showed me the blue, and it was lovely...

I'm hoping to complete the bottom layer this week, and get it all pinned together at the weekend- fingers crossed!!
