Lost in Music

A busy afternoon/evening. Crossed the city to go and see my friend L rehearse her solo performance for her CPA course at QMU. I won't say too much about it, in advance of the actual show on Thursday. The audience came prepared, having downloaded a MP3 file to play through headphones while we watched the show, rather in the style of a 'silent disco'. This is M sitting in the audience, with L herself in the background.  It was an interesting piece, and I would have liked to stay longer for the discussion afterwards, but had to dash across town for my regular Tuesday football. Managed to arrive late, but had a reasonable game - for once the team with an extra man (us) managed to make the numeric advantage count. And then it was off to rehearsal. A week to go and probably the best rehearsal yet, so it's looking good for next week. Yay!!
