Cake Pops

These are the cake pops I mentioned yesterday. The idea has been around for a while, but now they're everywhere so me and Chez gave them a go the other day.

You make them by making a normal sponge and then blitz it in a food processor (feel so wrong when you have the perfect cake!) and slowly add it to butter cream. Then shape into balls and put in fridge, then decorate!

Simple as that! These are only our first attempt, I'm sure we'll give them another go and they'll look a little more professional :)
