Plum Liquor

This here is a fancy jar! it may not look very fancy but it is a very fancy jar indeed.
It contains some plums, a stash of sugar, and all topped up with some gin...
And you leave it for a while (bout 3 months) and then you have plum liquor.
And unlike the different berry liquor we have made, these plums taste good!!! the strawberries and things just tasted like stale, soggy rubber.
So these plums and the liquor tastes amazing!!
Great idea, definately do it again some time
