Egypt once again

Back in Sharm el Sheikh for a weeks diving.

Last year I came on my own and 11 days after a revolution. This time my dive buddy R has come with me.

The lovely R cannot dive sadly and has had to stay at home to look after the dog and chase up some work opportunities. It went right to the wire as we were hoping he might be able to come too. Luckily R and R know each other too.

R is the brother of someone I used to work for and has been diving for about the same time as I have. We have dived together a couple of times and he has dived with a club near to where he lives. He had a pretty horrendous experience with the club and was close to giving up until last October when I managed to convince him to come and try the Red Sea before hanging up his fins. I know he is a great diver and it would be a shame for him to hang up his fins. So the aims of this week is to have fun, enjoy the diving and show R that there is way more to diving than Stoney Cove!
