Relegated to 3rd place!

The red tulips are normally the first burst of colour in the garden in the spring, but this year the new tulips in the pots beat them to it!

A satisfying day! Home alone to do loads of things in no particular order! Not true. The order has been determined by the weather, how long can I work in the garden before I freeze or get wet, how long does the temperature in the garage feel relatively warm (compared to outside), but I'm still freezing cold!! So I have flitted in and out all day and have actually got loads done!!

Daughter has arrived back in UK!! Got upgraded to business class from Bahrain to Heathrow and sat behind Tim Henman!! Can't wait to catch up on some of her news when she rings tonight!!
