So, I think it is official, I'm a labnerd!

While working yesterday I had to use 5ml pipets, usually individually wrapped as they need to be sterile. And then I found these pipets, happily together in one package, twins! Never seen it before, and definitely not as it should be.

Also, this morning I found this photo when I was looking for something completely different. This photo used to hang on the wall in my grandparents house (together with 3 photos of my sisters), and when my grandmother moved to her new house she gave the photos to us. Yesterday I heard that my grandmother went home from the hospital. Don't know how she did that after a severe heartattack, but I'm happy she is home again! I always have to think about her when I see this photo, hope she will feel better soon.
