Something completely different

Today has been a tough one for all sorts of reasons, but my lovely daughter has looked after me and fed me and made me laugh. And she's finally allowed me to do a proper portrait of her, so it's a real bliparture for me.

I used to do portraits, but haven't for years. This one you might call a light-hearted homage to Dutch Old Masters - appropriate as she's a very arty girlie (though not Dutch, obviously!)

And I think she may join us on Blip. Today or tomorrow. I'll let you know.
