A very busy afternoon!

This afternoon has been horrible weather wise so I thought I would have a cooking day. So I made Mushroom soup, lemon tray bake, fruit salad, chocolate shortbread and meringue! Oh and we have a mouse in the house too, eating my shortbread and that mouse is called Mum!!! ;)
