A little bit of paradise

Well not really but we can dream.. You would think living on a sun drenched Island in the Arabian Gulf that there would be beautiful sandy beaches, but the reality is what beaches that are left after all the land reclamation are not that pleasant. But there is the odd spot and this is one of them. AlDar Island is a tiny spit of an island 8mins by water taxi from the Sitra fishermans harbour.Our photogroup had an afternoon outing over there today and we had fun... even had a few cocktails on the beach..after photographing them first of course...
