Recreational art

Occasionally I like to paint in acrylics, usually during holidays, and with a particular image in my imagination. Today is a sunny day, but cold, cold wind and passing snow showers, so what better than just to chill in the other sense and work on a new painting? I do a bit, stop, read a bit, go for a walk, take some pictures or watch a film, then paint some more. It sounds a really self-indulgent life-style when I read that back - but what the hell...!
