Weir, Plas Power, Wrexham

Wow thank you everyone who commented on my 500 yesterday, it was very much appreciated and also very unexpected, I tend to just plod away in my own little corner a bit at times so it has encouraged me to maybe comment a touch more and be a bit more social!

This photo is rather self explanatory I guess. Bersham is a quite important place both industrially and historically speaking.

Plas Power woods just outside the village are truly lovely and home to much wildlife as well as the glorious river Clywedog and its weirs, much to my shame I had never actually visited this weir until today, I will be back soon to do the whole Clywedog valley walk.

The larger version is also quite nice.
