Penarth

I have had the loveliest day!
Had a lovely breakfast in the 'garden', then went for a delish caramel macchiato with Sarah, which then developed in to an impromptu trip to Penarth pier! It has been the most gorgeous day weather-wise, so we thought we'd make the most of the sun. We chatted to a lovely man for ages at the end of the pier, who was fishing with his daughter, and he ended up teaching Sarah how to fish! As you do...
Finished it off with a lovely ice cream, and a brief paddle in the sea :)
When we got back I went to Roath to read a little bit, and I took some adorable photos of the goslings by the lake; it was a tough call for a photo for today but I thought this summed up the wonderful weather better.
