Burgher Burger - No 4.
We were very lucky in March to get tickets to Burgher Burger No 2 - it was an amazing night with Chef Tony Singh's take on the burger.

Tonight we were at the 4th event - Ed Murray and Dale Mailey were the chefs - they are young - up and coming chefs who are about to open their own restaurant in Edinburgh - Ellabella will be blipping their photo I suspect - I have linked to her last entry but will update when she adds today's blip.

The menu was as follows:
Beef consomme

Hand-cut, well-hung onglet; bone marrow;
St George's mushroom; Coleman's mustard, last year's ketchup; bun two ways.
Chips & dripping. Pickled egg.

A trifle
This description does not do justice to the food we ate tonight - I wish I could blip every course for you all - was all just fabulous.
We will definitely be visiting their new restaurant when it opens this year.
