Make my hay.

This is Dan, the goat man. He is the farm's only season-long intern this year. Usually there are 3 or 4 interns (in addition to 3-4 unpaid wwoofers) but circumstances this season have conspired to put Dan alone in that ultimate position of power and knowledge among us farm volunteers.

I love Dan's sweatshirt so very much. It was drawn by his brother. Last year Dan interned on a goat farm in Michigan and took quite a liking to the lifestyle. We have no animals apart from chickens on this farm; Dan's just giving a go at the vegetable side of things. He mentioned to me a couple weeks ago that he aspires to herd goats in the Swiss Alps. Not bad work if you can get it.

In the meantime he'll harvest hearts of romaine with the likes of us.
