laughter

filled today.
well giggling really.

these girls are like my little sister and totally full of beans.
today was no different.

we had another BBQ, this time with them.
lots was eaten and fun was definitely had.

church was great today....learning how worrying creates a barrier to us trusting in God. really true for me today as im getting nervous about Zambia and all the prep for my dissertation that has to be done...bt who by worrying can add a single moment to their life. And 1 Peter 5v7 reminds us to cast our cares onto Him, because he cares for us.
a real encouragement to me today.
