Flowers for anyone?

Camp Cook

My husband & I shop, prepare and cook for camp-this one being for 80 as it's a 'Family' scout camp. Unfortunately my husband was at work so I did most of the shopping over 2 days.
Up at 4.30 this morning to start the day-did see a beautiful sunset though.
Breakfast being prepared here.
Menu for the weekend:
Friday supper-burgers with seeded buns & drinks
Saturday breakfast-Sausages, tomatoes, fried egg, bread & butter, jam/marmalade. Drinks
Saturday elevensies: Cake and drinks
Saturday Lunch- Finger rolls, ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, packet of crisps, apple, yogurt flakes & drinks.
Saturday Evening Meal-De-constructed Cottage pie. Tinned fruit cocktail & evaporated milk. Drinks
Saturday supper- Cheese, crackers, pickle, celery & drinks.
Sunday Breakfast- Bacon, baked beans, fried or scrambled eggs, bread & butter, jam/marmalade & drinks.
Sunday elevensies-Cake & drinks.
Sunday lunch--Floured rolls, cheese, boiled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrot sticks, celery, packet of crisps, apple, box of raisins & drinks.
Not to forget the plentiful supply of Teas, coffees, and 3 varieties of squash throughout the weekend.
What a mammoth task this has been. We did however have brilliant feedback-would I want to do another camp like this again?-yes-but not for some time.
