A Flash of Red

I have not been overly impressed with the photos I took today. I didn't get out from work and when I got home I cleared a raised bed and planted up runner beans. Then I wandered round the garden looking for something suitable. Yesterday I took photos of California poppies beautiful yellow basking in the sun; today there is no sun so they are all closed up. Very frustrating.
This caught my eye and I was going to be cheeky and call it RedFlash. I like the detail on the bud and the way one section has fallen away to reveal the bright red petals enclosed.
