After a year of being pretty much on a liquid diet, the return to solids is getting quite tough. All I want is a boiled egg & soldiers!

It never fails to surprise me how many curry options are offered on a bowel ward, this is the third day in a row.

Looks like I'll be having a lunch & dinner of creamed potatoes & gravy... again.
