A morning at Port Seton, delivering fresh laundry to dad and trying to get things a bit more organised for him. It's disappointing to see how much he has regressed since his return from hospital - he is weaker and has bad neck pains again. His first visit to the day hospital is due this Friday, so hopefully he will be well enough to attend, because I'm sure it would do him good.

Brother Al was there so we had a chance to catch up - doesn't often happen as he lives in Wiltshire now.

Bass guitar lesson in the afternoon. I've decided to learn to read music properly, as it's almost impossible to progress without that skill. So back to basics...

Knackered after that lot, so I just sprawled out on the couch later and watch an old episode of Morse. Thank goodness for ITV3 :0)
