Optical Illusion?

This is a view of the conservatory roof. Best viewed from a prone position on the couch, after a bright day when the temperature has climbed nice and high. On the photo it looks to me like everything is rippling (and I've had nothing stronger than tea to drink). Zzzzzzzzz
