Poppy

I look out for fields full of poppies at this time of year, but whether it is the weather (excuse the pun) or modern farming methods, I haven't come across one as yet.

This rather lonely poppy was in a field of barley (please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm never quite sure). I was in the same location as the deer shot last Sunday, but there was no sign of them this week.
