Sid

Sid said to me " I am a lucky unlucky bastard." I work with Sid, in April he took ill and went home after a night shift and got up about noon to ring the Dr as he was so ill, they asked if he could come in on Thursday he said I could be dead by then, that was on the Monday.He got an urgent appointment and the Dr thought he had Appendicitis, that afternoon he was admitted to Hospital and after scans and assessment and a finger where you don't want one he was sent to the Surgical Ward, at midnight the Surgeon woke him and told him they were going to operate. Sid did not have Appendicitis he had Bowel Cancer. He has had the Cancer removed and is on an Ileostomy bag which  is temporary. Sid is 5 weeks into Chemotherapy and on a very high dose.
 I shot some Team Portraits this afternoon for one of the local Soccer Clubs, 3 Senior Teams and tomorrow morning 8 Junior Teams, I have been told it will be like herding kittens
