Tiny Tuesday: Birthday Rose

I spent the morning catching up on yesterday's blips and journals and the afternoon at the doctor to follow up on a knee injury from last April.  When I told him that it was no better, he decided what I needed was a Cortisone injection.  Then he thought about it and decided to give me two injections, one in the joint and one in the bursa below my knee.  The shots were only mildly uncomfortable and I had great mobility afterwards...until the local anesthesia wore off.  Now my knee is so stiff I can hardly get around.  I assume this is only temporary until the medicine does its job!  I am so glad that the appointment (made a month ago) was the day after  my blipmeet with V1k1.  I can rest it for a few days now and hope for a good result.  So...that whole explanation was to explain why my Tiny Tuesday blip isn't more interesting.  I hobbled around the house looking for a shot and settled on one of my beautiful birthday roses from Sunday.
