Onwards and upwards

Best viewed large for that wish I was there/glad I wasn't there effect ;-)

I've had a great day and here's the blip to prove it.

Surprisingly little wind which made the morning's gentle snow fall almost pleasant. Lots of plugging through soft snow. Some around ankle/mid-calf depth, lots knee deep with the occasional disappearing up to your nether regions (just to keep the entertainment level high).

And now I am tired, so very, very tired.

Gosh it was a good day.
