Mist over Ullswater.

As the morning was forecast to be misty we planned to go out early to get some Photos.  The best laid plans of mice and men ..........

So we were on our way down to the Lake after 9:00 without much hope of misty shots as it was clear up where we live.  However as we came down past Aira Force this fantastic vista greeted us.  We managed to find a part of the road that was a little bit wider so we wouldn't be too much of a road block.

I decided to try for some starburst sun shots and this one I liked  best.  We then carried on down to the lake and got a number of lovely misty shots at three or four locations as the mist slowly lifted.  There were many photographers out with almost every parking place full by the time we left.
