Castles, cakes and canals

A long drive down south, reached lovely Warwick, though we couldn't justify the £20 to go into the castle for only an hour.

So wandered through the wee town, spending just as much on coffee, cake and 'nice stuff' ;-)

Good planning (errrmmm, luck) and we landed in Stratford upon Avon for their river festival. Live music, hot doughnuts and Pimms. And fireworks.

Couldn't resist blipping this, in honour of a certain well known blipper.
