Eugenics... Trying to breed a better naval officer. I am not sure that I should put this on the open market. What if some one thinks this is a good plan, I mean Hitler persuaded a nation that eugenics was the way forward. Not to mention my second cousin Peter Kavanagh who was Commandant of the Irish Navy and who got sea sick every time he went to sea. He was a war hero of the merchant navy and decorated by Britain after the second world war. He probably wouldn't have been genetically accepted.
