Wishing Well

My friend June had her birthday while I was on holiday, so this morning we met at the The Wishing Well on the Gartness road, halfway between Killearn and Drymen, for belated birthday coffee and cake.

The baking in that place is wonderful! The meringues are the size of side-plates! However, June chose lemon slice and I had pecan pie with ice-cream - yum!

The diet definitely starts tomorrow...
