Helping hand

I love this. Who would expect this very dull concrete building to have these wonderful creatures hanging out?

This is near my 'Rag Rug Art' blip on the South Bank by the Waterloo Bridge. I prefer the Blackfriars Bridge route but decided to live with the much less pleasant journey over the Waterloo Bridge just to see it. I suffer for my art :-)
