Flower of the Cannon Ball Tree. One of the most remarkable flowers I've seen.

For the record so far today - Had to wake both boys so they've clearly adjusted their body clocks. Breakfast (one sausage again - not sure how long I can resist temptation). Booked a trip out. Not something we do usually. We're usually pretty self sufficient, but, on reflection last night, we thought how little we know or have seen the island in three previous trips so it's time to put that right.

Then a trip into Holetown and a look around the shops, especially jewellers for Gail to look for the watch she wants. Out of luck today so a trip into Bridgetown is needed.

Now lunchtime, then a couple of hours in the sun and maybe a trip out on the hobbycat (small boat that takes about 4-6 people).

The rest of the world seems a long way away...
