July Challenge - N - Nervous System

The bodies nervous system consists of a number of different parts/functions/systems.

Recognising this a Dutch company that makes Broadcast Television equipment have traded on this - naming the company Axon(a nerve fibre), their main product line is Synapse (structure that allows an electrical or chemical signal to pass from one place to another), and the control system software Cortex (the "wrapper" for the brain, playing a key role in memory, attention and awareness).

They been clever in their naming (each of those are describing the same part of their system as in the nervous system). It has certainly been a successful strategy, they have grown to be a major player in their particular area of business.

So N is for nervous system. First O tomorrow.
