Are You There?...

Waking up from cervical spine surgery, the first thing I did was to pull up the oxygen mask and ask the nurse to get my little camera out of my bag and snap a picture.

Of curse, she thought I was bonkers, but did it anyway.  So this is a blip-by-proxy.

The surgery to remove what was a collapsed piece of a disk in my neck  which was pinching a nerve was a success.  I am in a lot of pain, though, and I'm taking two pain pills every four hours to try to control it

I can't move about very well but I'm going to do my best to slosh through this.
