Golden moment

Last night we watched the Olympics in the stadium and were lucky enough to be only 10 rows from the front. A much better place for photographs!

This was the moment that Harting the German gold medallist in the discus got so excited that he ripped his vest off! He then took off on his victory lap and even leapt over the 100 metre hurdles that had been set up for the women's final (won by Sally Pearson)!

It really shows how much winning an Olympic gold medal means to these athletes after all the years of hard work and preparation. A wonderful moment to be there to capture
