Back from a linguistic training course at Tunis university, my daughter brought back loads of spices, herbs and chilies for us to share as well as two tunisian cookery books among the well known edited ones.
She'll translate some recipes for me, the result of which I'll blip sooner or later if the one is blipable of course! The fragrance of the spices is heady (but lovely) even though their unsightly plastic bags.
